The service

Caddient (operated by Caddient, Serbia) calculates a strategy for each hole from your own distances, your dispersion, the course and the conditions, and shows it to you before and during a round. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Recommendations are advice

The strategy is a calculation based on the numbers you enter and the course data we have. It can be wrong, for example when course data or your numbers are off. You decide every shot. Follow the rules of golf, local rules and course safety, and never play when people are in range.

Your account

You need an account to use Caddient. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for the information you enter.

Free trial and subscription

• The free plan includes the best strategy for every hole of one course the player chooses, and one round On-Course. The free course cannot be changed later.
• Caddient Pro costs $29.99 per month or $179.99 per year, plus tax where it applies. The price is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We tell you in advance about any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

Refunds and the right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Serbia, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Write to us or to Paddle. Beyond that, we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

Fair use

• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its strategy engine.
• Do not disrupt the service, automate access, or try to get around plan limits.
• Do not upload content that is not yours or that breaks the law.

Your data

Your bag, rounds and shots belong to you. We use them only to run Caddient, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Liability

We work to keep Caddient accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending the service

You can stop using Caddient and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever close Caddient, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused paid time.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Contact: privacy@caddientgolf.com.
